1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JointCommerce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

JointCommerce facilitates connections between consumers and licensed dispensaries. When you place an order:

• You are entering into a transaction with the dispensary, not JointCommerce
• Prices, availability, and product information are provided by dispensaries
• Orders are subject to verification of age and identity
• Dispensaries may cancel orders for any reason

6. User Content

You may post reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content
• Agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Resell cannabis products purchased through the Service
• Post false or misleading reviews
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by JointCommerce and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINTCOMMERCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JointCommerce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

14. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
