New York cannabis regulations - what changed in January?

I noticed some new packaging requirements and delivery rules that went into effect in January 2026 in New York. Has anyone compiled a summary of all the regulatory changes? I want to make sure I am up to date on what is legal for consumers.

The new packaging rules are mostly about child-resistant containers and clearer dosage labeling.

Delivery is now allowed statewide instead of just NYC metro. That was a big one.
